ECJ Property Investments is a UK based property investment company. We strategically invest in both houses and blocks of apartments around the East Midlands. The majority of properties we purchase are older properties that have suffered years of under-investment and therefore no longer provide a home fit for a high quality of life. As a result of this, a lot of our properties are refurbished when purchased so that we can offer a home for our tenants that is not only affordable but also safe, comfortable and modern.
We are an NLA accredited and Dash accredited landlord and abide by both codes of conducts. This ensures that we provide the highest standard of professional service to our tenants.
We are long term investors with no plans to sell our properties. This means that our tenants can rest assured that they will never be asked to leave because the property is being sold.

We expect our tenants to look after the properties like if it was their home and in return we will maintain our properties like it was our home.

Unlike most landlords, we do not seek to increase rents every year and we try our best to keep rents constant wherever possible. Having good long term tenants is more important to us than maximising profits.
Quick Repairs
Unfortunately, sometimes things stop working. When they do we try our best to fix things as soon as possible.
